I am an amateur painter who never pick up a brush until I was 50. I never dreamed of ever being an artist, since I couldn't even draw. I would probably have given up before this, if not for the encouragement of George Burris Johnson, a fine landscapre painter who moved into my neighborhood. and Les Reed who lived in the same Park I did during the winter in Florida. Les got me started and George kept me painting. Thank God for sending them both into my life.
But set the Lord in your heart, and always be ready to defend Him to everyone who asks you the reason for your hope, without resentment and with respect.
